Let’s start of with something easy. We all like to eat; it’s necessary for our survivial. Some – like us – take it to a whole other level because we passed like a looonnng time ago. We’re now in love with food – a love affair that will probably last longer than some of our ‘human relationships’ 😂🍲
Though most of us are not quite as forward as Joey here, we can develop an unhealthy relationship using food in order to make us feel better. There’s a reason why ‘comfort food’ is all junk and you’re usually depressed/sad/lonely/anxious – take your pic – when eating it!
Next up we have Codependent Relationships. A codependent is someone who cannot function on their own and whose thinking and behavior is instead organized around another person. This is tricky to spot because most people in a committed relationships want to make their S.O happy, right? Here are a few signs that might help you figure out if you’ve ever been in one or currently are:

Toxic is what we’re going to end with because it’s by far the one relationship you stay the hell away from. AT ALL COSTS. A toxic relationship is characterized by insecurity, self-centeredness, dominance, control << READ THAT AGAIN
No one shoud go through this but unfortuntely, we don’t live in a perfect society. Spotting signs early means you don’t have to live with the pain, it makes it easier for you to move on and trust again
